Note: Files must follow the required format. Download a template first if you're not sure.
Import Behavior:
  • For ORF sequences, plasmids, organisms, and freezers: Records with existing IDs will be updated with new values.
  • For ORF positions: Each combination of ORF ID, plate, and well must be unique. The system will reject entries where this combination already exists in the database.
  • For ORF sources: Multiple sources can be associated with the same ORF. Each source entry should reference an existing ORF ID.
  • Fields marked as "Required" in templates must be included for successful import.
